Every year, SFST is conducting a mini-project on Value Added Products (VAPs) focusing on underexploited fruits and vegetable. This year, department has decided to conduct 6 days free hands on training on production of value added products from “Averrhoa carambola” aka. star fruit. The participants will be trained in developing various food products from the fruit including jam, jelly, tart and pickle. Interested may apply soon. Limited seats only.
